Implementation Guidelines for the Early Scrappage Subsidy Program for Aged Diesel Vehicles (Emission Grade 5)

Eligible applicants shall be owners of vehicles classified as emission grade 5 under Art. 8 of the Enforcement Decree, having maintained continuous registration for not less than six (6) months prior to the date of application. Applications shall be accepted on a first-come basis until the exhaustion of the allocated budget, subject to the exclusions set out in Annex 3.
